DVD 4: Warm Ups, Serve and Netplay Contact Moves, Flexibility.
This DVD has all the standard warm ups you need to get ready to play or train for Tennis plus a challenging explosive warm up if you are really serious. These warm ups can be used over and over again, and we do recommend that you keep this same warm up routine every time you train or prepare for a match with only slight variations.
Next are the "Serve Contact Moves," Learn the Classic Serve that most all court players, and serve and volleyers use, or the Step-Up Serve used by Back Court players.
Then are the "Volley Contact Moves and Smash Contact Moves." Learn the body positions and footsteps needed to hit the offensive and then also the more defensive volleys. There are 3 smash contact moves will ensure you are aiborne, graceful and feared by evry opponent!
Finally in the Flexibility section, learn all the basic upper and lower body stretches that with some imagination and variation, will keep every muscle group in you body flexible and loose. Remember, "if you don't have time to stretch, you don't have time to train!"
